Syracuse Stage sets aside a limited number of tickets (76 total) for the M&T Bank Pay-What-You-Will Program.
Tickets are available for performances April 23 – 27 while supplies last.

Pay-What-You-Will tickets must be claimed in person at the Box Office or by phone on the day of the desired performance, subject to availability.

Mike Goode is a Professor of English at Syracuse University, where he teaches a semester-long course on Jane Austen that includes a study-abroad component in the UK. His most recent book, Romantic Capabilities: Blake, Scott, Austen, and the New Messages of Old Media (Oxford University Press, 2020), examines the unexpected insights we can gain into literary texts—Austen’s novels, especially—by studying the media in which they thrive over time. He also founded the Art, Ecology, and Climate Project, a collaboration with the Syracuse University Art Museum that offers online teaching resources on ecological and climatological concepts and issues.

After seeing the show, bring your questions to a post show discussion led by a member of Stage’s artistic staff with the show’s creative team. Talk backs are included with the purchase of the evening’s performance. (free for ticket holders)
